We have a nice 2 bedroom/2 bath Palm Harbor Home on Schalamar Creek Dr. with a double insulated carport and driveway. There are beautiful pillars out front and enough room to sit out to visit with people. So much space out front with a shed and washer and dryer in the shed which is fine in Florida with our beautiful weather. There is a private golf cart driveway.
There are all hard surface floors and the kitchen is open to the dining and living room so you can be apart of the household while cooking. All the counters are resurfaced in kithen with an island that the cook top is on and also a stainless steel fridge and sink and microwave. There is an area by kitchen turned into a storage area which washer and dryer could be put back in.
There are skylights, ceiling fans and double pane windows. The bedrooms are spacious and main bedroom can handle king size bed large walk in closet and bathroom is spacious and prettyThe sweet thing about the Home is that it is backed up to a very pretty wooded area for privacy when sitting in your All seasons Room to enjoy nature.
